Wireless sensor networks consists of nodes that are connected via wireless links and collaborate to self-organize into a network without utilizing any centralized infrastructure. Sensor encompass wide range paradigms from this research study focuses on the mobile networks, which recently significant potential for public/commercial environments emergency disaster management services. Despite hype, also experiencing challenges such as communication failure, power consumption lifetime challenges. This paper presents hybrid K-Means Logistic Regression (LR) based algorithm build time sensitive multi hop identify shortest path base station establish flawless long distance communication. The proposed model metrics defined handle an search rescue operations in India. NS2 simulator has been used simulate efficiency model. following utilized analyse performance: energy consumption, packet delivery ratio (PDR) lifetime.
